WILDERNESS
WATER-RAT

"ARK"
Ark
This 4 -berth Water-Rat is a remarkably good example of our original design of canal and river craft built by us during the 1970’s. At only 18’6” in length and with a 15ft full-headroom cabin it offers 4 adult berths (2 x double-across), a compact workable central galley and, with centrally placed toilet and wardrobe compartments, it is effectively divided up into two cabins.
WILDERNESS Beaver 23
1987 - 2+2 Berth
"Lukie"
Lukie
This Beaver 23 was built by ourselves in 1987 and supplied to its original owner, externally complete but only partially fitted internally. The rest of the interior was completed to a good standard by the owner. The boat has been well-loved by the present owners who have progressively upgraded both equipment and furnishings during their ownership.
PRE-OWNED BOATS
Wilderness Boats offer a specialised boat brokerage service solely on boats of our own design and build.
This unique Wilderness Beaver 23 is the outcome of our supplying, to bespoke order, a long-cabin version of our Beaver 23ft trailboat as a bare boat for home completion. The coach roof cabin at 17ft6” is 2ft longer than a standard Beaver. This extra length of accommodation space was at the expense of the stern cockpit area.
This 3 (optional 4) berth, 2-owner Beaver 23 was manufactured and supplied by us in December 1985 as “bare boat “. The interior of the boat was painstakingly fitted out by the original owner, a skilled jeweller and competent woodworker in his Sussex Garden over a 4-year period.

Rubato
This craft was fitted out by us in 2012 from a shell that comprised an unused 1999 hull and fitted with one of the new-style deck and cabin top units made from the “new”, post 2008, moulds, so that, to the untrained eye, it looks like an all-new, post 2008, Beaver.
WILDERNESS BEAVER CUB

"THE OWL & THE PUSSYCAT" - SOLD
